GET recognizes that our job doesn’t end once the venue is contracted and preliminary details are planned. We have staff on hand to troubleshoot any potential opportunities and resolve any issues that occur. We assign a team member to each department to ensure that every aspect of the program is being closely watched and taken care of. Some of the key positions our specialists are assigned to include the registration desk, food and beverage, transportation, office/administrative, meeting rooms and breakouts, A/V and production, exhibit hall, evening events, and guest tours.

Using a unique approach to designing events, GET provides comprehensive creative services. We typically work in partnership with décor vendors that own their products to ensure we are getting the best value in furnishings, décor and soft goods. Although our relationships are with some of the most creative designers and event décor owners, our own expertise in developing spectacular events for more than 20 years gives us an edge when collaborating with these suppliers, as we are keenly aware of how aggressively we can negotiate individual pieces and packages.

As GET organizes meetings and events worldwide, our relations and experience with transportation providers, tour operators, restaurants and offsite venues means that no logistical request is too small or too big when fine-tuning your event. GET can help secure bids on your behalf and oversee all aspects of the program, including transportation, offsite events, registration/hospitality, tours and activities, VIP services, décor and entertainment.

From the preliminary budget to the final reconciliation, GET maintains a continually updated budget and regularly communicates any proposed changes to the budget. While onsite, GET continues to control meeting expenditures, managing add-on requests through an approval process and maintaining real-time updates to the program budget. At the conclusion of the program, while onsite, we meet with suppliers to review all services ordered and rendered, and ensure all of their expenditures were approved prior to receipt of their final invoices. When the program is completed, we will identify all cost savings and highlight our negotiated savings in a report. Our buying power and negotiations pre-, during- and post-program have helped our clients save tremendously on their budgets.

We manage every aspect of this process from start to finish, acting as a liaison between you and all hotel contacts and affiliated vendors. We provide continuous updates on the progress of the sourcing.
